We utilize this as a security measure to prevent fraudulent charges. You will receive two emails. One upon placing your order and another with tracking details once your order has shipped.
My tracking # isn’t updating
Your order is in possession of USPS and more than likely hasn’t been scanned in properly. Due to Covid19, recent election year, budget cuts, under staffed, fewer transportation routes, the USPS has experienced significant shipping delays. Contact 1-800-ASK-USPS or usps.gov for all issues related to shipping delays. We do not work for USPS or have access to their systems outside of the same standard tracking # that a customer does. Please consider this an opportunity to master patience and kindness.
